Revenue GUI (revenuegui.com) is run by Productabot LLC, a Florida company ("we"). This page says what we collect, why, and what we never keep. Questions: hello@revenuegui.com.
What we store
- Your email address, to sign you in and to send you sign-in codes and, if you have it on, the weekly summary.
- Sign-in records: one-time sign-in links and codes, and your session, stored only as hashes. Sessions last 14 days; links and codes 15 minutes.
- Each Stripe account you connect: its Stripe account ID, its name, whether it's live or test mode, and the access tokens Stripe issued for it, encrypted (AES-256-GCM) with a key kept apart from the database.
- Your plan, if you pay: your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and the subscription's status. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
What we read from your Stripe accounts, and don't store
With the permissions you approve in Stripe, Revenue GUI reads:
- Read subscriptions to work out MRR, new revenue and cancellations.
- Read the prices on those subscriptions, including yearly and weekly ones.
- Read coupons, so running discounts come off MRR.
- Read open invoices to find failed and overdue payments.
- Show who a failed payment or cancellation belongs to. Not stored.
- Read the last 30 days of cancellation events to find subscriptions that ended.
- Read your account's name, to label it in Revenue GUI.
- Mark unpaid invoices of ended subscriptions uncollectible, only when you click Clean up.
This includes your customers' names and email addresses. None of it is written to our database. Each page reads it from Stripe and keeps it in the server's memory for up to 10 minutes, then it's gone. The weekly summary email, if you have it on, contains the same kind of information about your own accounts and is sent only to you.
You're responsible for having the right to process your customers' data in Stripe; we process it only to show it to you.
Cookies and tracking
Two cookies, both needed for the site to work: your sign-in session, and a short-lived one that protects the step where you connect a Stripe account. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels.
Who else handles data
- Amazon Web Services hosts the site and database and sends our email (Amazon SES). It processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver pages; we use them briefly in memory to limit abuse and don't store them.
- Stripe connects your accounts (Stripe Apps) and handles payments for Revenue GUI Pro.
- Google Workspace holds our email, if you write to us.
We don't sell or rent data, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Deleting things
Remove a Stripe account under Manage accounts: that deletes our copy of its tokens. Uninstall the Revenue GUI app in that account's Stripe Dashboard (Settings, then Installed apps) to revoke access at Stripe too. To delete your Revenue GUI account entirely, email hello@revenuegui.com from the address you sign in with. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new date. If a change matters for how your data is used, we'll email you first.
Revenue GUI isn't meant for anyone under 16.
