Terms of service

These terms are between you and Productabot LLC ("we"), which runs Revenue GUI. By signing in, you agree to them. Questions: hello@revenuegui.com.

The service

Revenue GUI reads the Stripe accounts you connect and shows revenue figures, failed payments and cancellations. The figures are calculated from Stripe's data as described on each account page. They're for information only, not accounting, tax or financial advice, and they may differ from Stripe's own reports or your books. Check anything important in Stripe.

Your account

• Only connect Stripe accounts you own or are allowed to connect.
• You're responsible for activity under your sign-in email. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
• Don't misuse the service: no attacking or overloading it, getting around its limits or plans, or using it to break the law or anyone's rights.

Plans and payment

• Free: 1 live Stripe account, plus any test-mode accounts.
• Pro: $29/month or $249/year, paid in advance through Stripe, plus any tax that applies. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from the Plan page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free; nothing is deleted.
• Payments aren't refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll sort it out.
• If prices change, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price.

Stripe

Revenue GUI works through Stripe, and your use of Stripe is covered by your agreement with Stripe. Revenue GUI isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Stripe. If Stripe changes or limits access, parts of Revenue GUI may stop working.

No warranty; limits on liability

Revenue GUI is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for anything related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Revenue GUI at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or discontinue the service; if we discontinue Pro, we'll refund any unused prepaid time.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the new version goes here with a new date, and we'll email you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
